Engross is a Pomodoro-inspired timer and to-do list app designed to help users stay focused, organized, and productive. With Engross, you can create to-do lists, set work targets, and keep track of your work sessions to gain insights into your progress.
One of the unique features of Engross is its "Hit me when you are distracted" method, which helps you work with more focus and engagement. The app also offers a fully customizable Pomodoro timer with work session lengths of up to 180 minutes and long breaks of up to 240 minutes. If you prefer not to work in fixed sessions, there is also a stopwatch feature to track time.
In addition to the timer, Engross includes a comprehensive to-do list where you can set reminders and attach labels to better organize your tasks. You can even integrate the focus timer with your to-do list and start sessions directly from there.
Engross provides detailed statistics and analysis of your work and focus with six different graphs, allowing for quick assessments of your productivity. You can also set daily work targets and track the hours worked each day.
To enhance your focus, Engross offers soothing white noise sounds. The app is also compatible with dark mode and provides warnings when your work or break session is about to end. You can pause a work session if needed and extend the timer session if you require more time to complete your work.
